We’re growing, and we’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Regional Manager to lead our Northern retail estate of superstores.
The Role
As Regional Manager – North, you'll take full ownership of the performance, compliance and development of stores across your region. You'll inspire and lead high-performing teams, deliver outstanding customer experience, and drive improvements that create real impact.
You’ll report to the Head of Retail and be a key player in supporting retail growth, innovation and excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop and support Store Managers across multiple sites
- Drive store performance to meet or exceed KPIs and business goals
- Ensure compliance with all legal, safety and operational standards
- Analyse store data and lead improvement planning
- Work closely with central functions (HR, L&D, Estates, Supply Chain)
- Build strong partnerships with external stakeholders (e.g., Ocado)
- Oversee audits, action plans, store standards and training completion
- Support new store openings, recruitment, and people development
- Lead by example with a member-first, people-focused approach
- Travel regularly within the UK, including overnight stays as required

Location & Hours
- Field-based across the Northern Region covering Renfrew (Scotland), Bradford, Washington, Darlington, Grimsby, Middleton, St. Helen’s and our Head office at Wentworth Barnsley.
- 40 hours per week | Core hours: 8:00am–5:30pm
- Flexibility required to match store operating times (6am–11pm range)
- This role includes participation in an on-call rota and will require occasional weekend and out-of-hours work. Flexibility is essential to meet the needs of the team and ensure service continuity.
