With over 29 million customers in 190 countries, we’re proud to be a truly international organisation.
This role sits within our Bupa Global in-patient team in Singapore, where we’re building our own in-house Third Party Administrator (TPA) capabilities. - Supporting the in-patient team to ensure 100% of cases are reviewed, including surgeon, anaesthesia, and hospital fees
- Assessing claims and ensuring provider payments align with pre-authorisation terms
- Negotiating with providers to ensure adherence to contractual agreements
- Identifying trends and feeding insights back to drive positive change in provider behaviour
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

- A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred
- Clinical experience (local or overseas) – ideally in nursing or pharmaceutical
- Experience in a utilisation review or insurance/TPA environment is essential
- Strong knowledge of medical coding systems
- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
- A collaborative, customer-focused approach with strong communication skills in English
