Full time 37.5 hours per week
Salary £56K - £65K depending on experience + Management Bonus

The role
You’ll manage a product or set of existing products that maximise profitability through meeting the demands and needs of customers or prospects.
Managing processes and interpreting market, customer, and competitive information, you’ll help create a future product pipeline - defining strategy and delivering product and process change across the customer journey. from acquisition to retention to deliver product volume and profitability targets.
How you’ll help us make health happen
- Own the product suite strategy
- Manage all stages of the product lifecycle
- Working with stakeholders across the business, manage all product governance activities including annual product reviews
- Achieve the product suite profit and volume targets
- Act as the prime contact for all aspects of external and internal enquiry about the products
- Understand the external marketplace and context
- Understanding the internal Bupa context
- Plan and lead delivery and lead new and existing product development
- Measure and monitor performance and implement remedial action.
- Regularly review performance to ensure existing products continue to meet customer needs, in terms of customer satisfaction and fairness
You
- Significant experience of managing products in a large, regulated organisation.
- Able to inspire and deliver innovative solutions through cross-functional teams
- Experience in major aspects of the B2B and B2C marketing mix, ideally gained in health, wellbeing or financial industry
- A creative, commercially astute, strategic thinker
- Confident, influential communication and negotiation skills and effective stakeholder engagement at all levels.
- Results-focused with clear understanding and awareness of the marketplace and competitors
- Experience of programme and project management and the ability to quickly understand internal processes.
- Understanding of proposition development processes and a good working knowledge of Change / Transformation processes and governance.
