Job Title: Advanced Practitioner – Safeguarding
Location: Bradford
Pay Rate: £37 per hour
About the Role:
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced and confident Advanced Practitioner to join the Safeguarding Team in Bradford. This senior-level role involves supporting complex casework, mentoring social workers and ensuring high standards of safeguarding practice across the team.
What will your responsibilities be?
- Lead on complex safeguarding cases and provide expert guidance to colleagues
- Support the development and quality assurance of practice within the team
- Contribute to strategy discussions, case conferences, and court proceedings
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
- Act as a point of escalation for high-risk cases and decision-making

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
- Social Work England registration
- Degree in Social Work or equivalent
- Right to work in the UK
- Full UK driving licence
- Significant post-qualified experience in safeguarding and statutory children’s services
- Previous experience in a senior or advanced practitioner role is highly desirable
