- Service KPI management
- Daily/weekly operation report and task follow up
- KPI Gap Analysis and communicate with responsible person and provide improvement action plan
- KPI Gap Analysis and communicate with responsible person and provide improvement action plan
- Provide operation support (include system operation, process clarification) to Service partner.
- Follow up with Headquarter and Region’s request and complete the task in time
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree and above
- Ability to communicate proficiently in both Chinese and English.
- Familiar with the consumer electronics product or related experience preferred.
- Strong analytical, precise, systematic, logical, and patient to solve the problem
- Work with patience and carefulness
- Be able to work independently
