Full Time – 40 Hours per Week
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an IT Support Engineer to join our large Garden Centre Group. Reporting to the IT Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the IT requirements of the business and would suit someone who has at least a year’s experience of first line PC support and is looking to further their IT knowledge. The candidate is required to be flexible and have a positive approach to their work. The role will be based at our Northern head office in Brigg.
Duties include:
- Hardware/printer setup and fault finding.
- EPOS setup and maintenance (tills/card terminals/scanners/HHT’s).
- First line user, telephone and remote support.
- System administration.
- Support and maintenance of the business network.
- Weekend cover (paid) will be required once full training has been completed.
Knowledge/experience required:
- At least one year’s experience of first line IT support.
- Hardware/printer setup.
- Basic networking.
- Windows operating systems and Office 365.
- General IT troubleshooting.
