The role
As Reporting Insight Analyst you will support the reporting of information from all aspects of the Third Party Control Hub, Incidents, Risks and Controls Governance Model and the wider insurance business. You will provide insight and identify areas for focus across the business.
You’ll help us make health happen by
- Undertake analysis to provide valuable insights to assist in the embedding of a pragmatic and business friendly approach to the management of risk and compliance
- Conduct performance reviews, develop timely, insightful and accurate management information and reporting for all third party relationships
- Provide third party MI and reporting that increases senior management comprehension and enhances business capability to act optimally in relation to business risks, issues and incidents
- Undertake and construct robust modelling and identify process improvement activities directed at assuring the reliability and of MI reporting procedures and the content delivered
- Deliver improved and insightful reporting to Committees and forums including the Executive and Board
- Facilitate the sharing of good practice to ensure consistently good approaches, practices and outcomes
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role
- Possess first class Power BI skills (DAX & M language)
- Demonstrate excellent Excel skills including advanced functions and pivot tables
- Good T-SQL in Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
- Good knowledge of SAS base or SAS Grid
- Good knowledge of Power Apps and Power Automate
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Information Analysis and Controls
- Ability to manage complex and high level data and information
