Job Summary
We are now looking for a Video Software Engineer that will be responsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of a network to meet customer requirements. You will be engaged in the service delivery and maintenance.
The role focuses on routine maintenance, problem troubleshooting, software upgrade, Key event support, customer training, where you will be accountable for part of the solution and of the service process.
Key Responsibilities
Maintenance project delivery, provide technical support on Video Software.
Required Skills:
- Academic degree in engineering (IT, Telecom, Compare Tech. or Software Tech)
- At least 3 years’ experience in related Project
- Advanced technical knowledge in the network area of working.
- To provide expertise in support of IT, Linux, Database, Java and etc. software components.
- To provide expertise in area of Video protocols such as TCP/IP, HLS, DASH, HTTPs and etc.
- Work closely with the operation teams by providing timely feedback for all Core services related network activities.
- Advanced level English language
Additional Requirements
- Video products E2E analysis and troubleshooting.
- Basic Datacom knowledge such as Switch, Router, Firewall.
